Great Service

Great Service. The consultant, Kgatso, was very attentive during our claim as he's the one who assisted my mom. Arrangements to get the car fixed were done promptly without any hassles. Because the company we were assigned to was closing for December holidays, as soon as they opened in January they called us to bring the car in. The car is now fixed and as good as new. We really appreciate Outsurance for the great service they offered. And if I may add, my mom was a bit sceptical to put on a claim thinking she won't be assisted as it was our second claim in a period of 5 months.
