I would like to take a moment to share the exceptional service we've received from Johan and Samantha at OUTsurance. During what could have been a very stressful and unfortunate claims process, these two individuals made a world of difference.

Samantha was always available to take our calls, consistently followed up with us, and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and supported every step of the way. We've had many offers from other companies with cheaper rates, but because of Samantha's incredible service and dedication, we won’t even consider switching. She is an amazing broker and a true asset to OUTsurance.

Johan, the assessor, came to see us and immediately made us feel at ease. He was understanding, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. His empathy and professionalism were deeply appreciated.
