I phoned Outsurance for a quote and I was really impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I had to reject the quote due to financial reasons, and when I told the that to the person at the call center she was friendly and did not try to push me to accept their quote. So although I am not a client, I was left impressed and might in future consider them again
