I sent an sms to outsurance in the evening and Winston called me first thing in the morning. He was professional, efficient and very friendly. The call was long but necessary to get all the information and due to his friendliness it was not a tedious annoying process. He also knew his product and could do a comparison with the product I am currently using. Thank you Winston for your excellent assistance I'm generally not a fan of call centers. <br> <br>
