Great service

Every consultant I've dealt with was friendly, informed and well mannered. In all my dealings with their staff, I've had good service. The one time I had to claim for an accident, they were prompt in sorting out my problem and made me feel very comfortable that they had it under control. They kept me informed and gave me enough information so that I could make informed decisions. I subsequently took out pet insurance with them too. They really are serious about delivering awesome service.
