Great service

I've been with Outsurance for close to a year now and recently had my first dealings with them regarding a water damage claim. At first my claim was rejected as normal wear and tear but it turned out that there was a leaking pipe causing the damage. An assessor, Patrick Brouard, came out to investigate. He was such a friendly person to deal with and he went well beyond the usual level of service to help me. He was extremely professional and knew what he was talking about. A special mention also has to go to Jason Julies in the call center who answered all my calls personally and responded to all requests within the same day. He even called me to tell me the claim was being settled before I had a chance to call him. <br> <br> On the whole, my first experience with Outsurance has been a very good one and I would have no trouble in recommending them to others.
