Great service

Excellent service by your consultant Jannie B on 25 July! I called to see if my premium could be reduced as it has recently gone up and he was very helpful and kind. He has great multitasking skills because all while chatting about our respective weather, he still managed to offer me a better rate and within just a few minutes. I had been dreading the call, expecting to be put on hold indefinitely and shuffled around but was pleasantly surprised. Excellent customer service!
