Great service

In all the years of people trying to sell me life insurance policies, I have never been so surprised with the attitude of Carmen, and Jaco. For the first time I was actually excited to buy an Insurance policy. Jaco was extremely knowledgeable and he had a great sense of humor and attitude. Always professional but very approachable. The there was Carme, I believe this young lady is in the wrong part of thet call center, she needs to be a team leader at the very least, but a supervisor very soon, she knows exactly how to work with people, and it was a joy talking with her. I really think Outsurance should look after these two individuals, as people will be taking notice of their skills, and they need to be recognized for their superior service.
