I put in a claim at Outsurance for lost/****** property on late Thursday afternoon. I submitted all the documents by Friday morning. An assessor was appointed who made an appointment for the Monday afternoon. Quentin Smith was a pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile to advise us on the rest of our policy.
