In November 2014 I was involved in a bumper bashing, a vehicle went into the back of my car. In order to begin the repairs I had to agree to pay the excess. Thakane phoned me to say that she would begin a legal process to recover the excess from the other party as the accident was not my fault.<br> <br> Thakane phone me today to say that she had recovered the excess and it would be paid into my account in the next day or two.<br> <br> Great service from Thakane and Outsurance!
