Great Service

On the 20th of January 2016 I called Outsurance after receiving a letter that my premiums on my building cover will increase (which is not wrong because the cover value is also increasing) on the 09th of February 2016. I spoke to the lady named Ntombi Pani, and she said she wanted to make my day.<br> Well, she sure did make make my day because she told me that my premium will be reduced (instead of increasing) by about 27%.<br> <br> Thank you so much Outsurance.
