great service

I got stuck on the n1 towards Paarl at the N1 engen garage. I pa icked and phoned the call centre. The lady was so helpfull and explained to me in detail what will happen. Everything happened just as she explained. She even phoned me back twice to check if i was ok and if the help arrived. I have to thank the lady and i have to say that i am very impressed with the service and human touch of her. Thank you so much,you made my day with your attitude.
