I called Outsurance to see if I could save, I spoke to a very professional consultant who tried by all means and exhausted all the discounts he could pass to me. On realising that he couldn't we wasted no time and promised to send me a link for a 800 claim which he did within seconds. I then followed the link and uploaded documents and got a call within 30 minutes that my request was approved and was given a date of when to expect R800 into my account.
