Dear OUTsurance,<br> <br> I would like the world to know how great you are and give you 5 star *****<br> My claim was dealt with in 3 days, after a two month struggle with my 3rd party claim which did not succeed. The call centre agents have been wonderful as well. Keep up the good work and never disappoint, I will keep on spreading the word to friends and family... hope the callcentre agents also never get tired of doing their job.<br> <br> On the disappointing side, the Riverside Auto Body panel beater in Midrand Kyalami is giving me different reports & delaying me. it's has been a month already & the car is still not done but they promised by Monday it will finally be sorted so lets hope they live to their word because OUTsurance has trusted them to do a good job when it comes to their clients. :-(<br> <br> Thank you for being AWESOME OUTsurance, from the bottom of my heart I appreciate your work!!!
