In a country where we complain about service delivery, I just want to say WELL DONE Outsurance. Two consultants helped me Yolande and Bongi Sikhakhane. Theses consultants must be well trained and have the correct tools to do their job. Decisions were made immediately and there was no need to ask managers for help. I was totally surprised how efficient and the way they were empowered to sort out customer needs. On numerous occasions, Outsurance has always produced a claim stages and when there is a need to better prices. Hoorah and three cheers to excellent consultants who really take their companies interests at heart.
