To whom this may concern,

People are always quick to complain about service but never to compliment, so here is my compliment.

I would just like to compliment your agent Theunis Botha from your centurion office. He really went above and beyond to assist me, and even followed up. He was patient, understanding and very courteous. He really made a great attempt to get me to move over to Outsurance, although I have declined the quote due to my cashback next year which is due with my current provider which I was not aware of.

Once again job well done Theunis, keep it up!
