Great Service

From the depth of my being I write this letter of recommendation on Allen Pillay of Outsurance who is the assessor in the claim we have submitted on Wednesday 15 November 2017. Today being the 20 November 2017 and with the weekend in between we received a call from Allen who given us the best news we've heard in the past month of adversity ranging from death to house ******* and a series of other things going wrong in our lives advising our claim has been approved and will replace my jewellery to the value it was insured for. Allens service proved to be exceptional and professional but most importantly his advise and words of wisdom from both experience and knowledge and the amount of compassion he genuinely showed in our case cannot be expressed as words fall short to describe him. I can not thank him enough and would like to reassure Outsurance that it is because of dedicated employees like him Outsurance grew to its magnitude it currently is. Thank you Allen Pillay.
