28 Sept 2018, 09:15On two occasions I have opted to part take in the promotion to either beat my current car insurance or get cash back. the first time was for R400. Went through the process and they did not beat my quote. I was given a link to upload documents which was not working so I reached out to email it to someone. No response at all! A year (or more) later I decided to take part in the same promo but this time for R800 and also since I am older, I was keen to see if I could get a better quote. They did not beat the quote and I was sent a link once again. Uploaded the documents requested. Several months later, still no response from them or the Cash back. Why do you waste peoples time and effort and make cash back promises if you do not wish to stick to the promise! there was no feedback of any kind! Poor service with this promotion!
