I would like to compliment and thank Outsurance for the extremely professional manner in which my claim number *** was managed by the assessor , Mr Piet Van der Westhuizen as well as my claim administrator Ms Sikhulile Mkhize. Both colleagues went the extra mile to explain procedures and policies in dealing with claims and feedback relating to the process and status of my claim was received regularly from Sikhulile.
