I was ready to terminate my relationship of 4 years with Outsurance due to increased premiums yet nothing had changed regarding myself nor the vehicle in fact it depreciated. Cneh Hlatshwayo took me through their processes and what is expected of me due to popi act which I understand and in turn she was able to reduce my premiums making it almost the same as the one I was about o take up with another insurer. She was very friendly and could sense her smile through the phone.
