Donovan was very helpful in handling my request for help when my Geyser packed up. He sent me the information as required but followed up and kept me informed the whole time. But what stood out for me most was that he did what he said he would and everything happened on-time as he said. He has a great attitude and is most definitely an asset to the call centre. Look after this guy.
