<p>I was stranded in a shopping mall parking lot due to a pesky alarm electrical fault, and Lorenzo at the Call Centre came through like a champ. Not only was he good at what he did, he kept me calm and had the tow company there within a miraculously short time. He also followed up and contacted me via e-mail afterwards, which I really appreciate. Definitely a feather in his hat!</p>
