GREAT SERVICE

<p>I phoned outsurance for a quote and was greatly dissapointed with the first quotation as the salesperson Kevin and his manager Cindy couldnt not sort the problem out and they promised to call me back which never happend ,i then phoned back later in the day and got a salesman that was even worse and kept saying that my portfolio is the problem and could not help me, not giving up hope i phoned again and spoke to a Stephen Ersamus .... wow what great service i got, as i always expected from outsurance he noticed that my bike was incorrectly classified on their computers and went to his manager and sorted it out,he even phoned me after hours while i was at the gym to confirm that the policy would be granted and when i got home he called again and confirmed that it was all done and then still helped me with my portfolio ,,,to the first two people that i spoke to your service sucked,,,,thanks to Stephen for going the extra mile, my faith has been restored in outsurance you deserve ten out of ten ..............</p>
