Great Service

<p>I was rear-ended by someone a few months ago and OUTsurance settled my claim (minus my excess, of course) in short order. Subsequently, I received a call from Mbali Tshabalala, of OUTsurance, who informed me that she would be looking into recovering my excess from the woman who rear-ended my vehicle. Not feeling hopeful, given that the woman in question was from Botswana, I accepted that Mbali would get back to me with a "sorry" type message.</p> <p>2 months pass and I received a call from Mbali. To my surprise, she had managed to recover my excess and within 2 days the monies were paid into my bank account.</p> <p>All-in-all, an excellent experience with OUTsurance.</p> <p>Thank you, Mbali, for delivering on what seemed like a wish in the dark - you do OUTsurance, and yourself , proud with your great attitude and a smile that I could hear through the 'phone.</p>
