Great service

<p>Just want to thank Lindie Barkhuizen of Outsurance for the excellent service provided in reclaiming my excess and refunding it back to me.</p> <p>For all the years that I have been with Outsurance I had 3 claims and it was really taken care of hassle free. Thank you for years of excellent service.</p> <p>Even though I had so many insurance companies approaching and offer cheaper quotes I feel I'd rather stay with an insurance company that provides excellent service when it really matters.</p> <p>One thing that can be looked at though is the depreciation of the insured vehicle and the reduction of the premium accordingly or for it to remain the same with no increase in the premium. </p>
