<p>I called Outsurance to get a quote for a new car. I dealt with TSHEPANG RANTA. She was fantastic. She was very friendly, very helpful, explained everything very well and was a pleasure to deal with. </p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that to get a quote from Outsurance is a very long process and there must be a way for the company to reduce the time one needs to be on the phone. </p>
