My geyser was liking. I called Outsurance Oupa answeres and informed me that he will be putting me through a consultant who is in training. i agree even through i was skeptical because i wanted help ASAP. In then told him my situation, he then lodged a claim and said i will receive two smses, one of the claim the other of the plumber and his estimated time of arrival. Indeed i got the smses, it said the plumber will arrive in 44 minutes. i then left my phone on the other room. The plumber called and could not get hold of me because i was not expecting him so early. <br> <br> He called outsurance , because they had both my number. they tried me on the other phone and conference me and the plumber. he told me he was on my street and can't find my house. i gave him the direction and he finally arrived and fixed my geyser.
