Great serives and feedback in less then 24hours

My Cell phone was in the middle of two friends fighting, when one friend was so mad thinking my cell phone was the other once. He completely broke my phone in to two peace , I try to get money back from him for days, but got nothing out of him. Called my insurance and they sad they'll get back to me. to see if they cover that incident. Well Great news they do. Less then 24hours I receive feedback with a email saying my claim was approve.
