Great salesman

I received a call from Kayson Naidoo.He was nothing short of professional and efficient. He stayed on the phone with me for half an hour determined to try and beat my current installment with my insurer.Although I didn't take insurance with Outsurance ( as they couldn't beat my current premium with my current insurer), he clearly defined all the benefits of moving over to Outsurance and also clearly stipulated and explained the fineprint in Layman's terms. Its unfortunate that Outsurance couldn't beat my installment , but nevertheless, your great and professional service is most commendable.
