Great professional service from Outsurance

We have been with Outsurance for many years and continue to be impressed with their service. In 2022 our family members had the misfortune to be involved in two separate vehicle accidents. In both cases the Outsurance staff were extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with the claims. There were no problems with payment for repairs.

After the second accident on the N3 on 30 December, I was very shaken and apologised for not being able to think clearly, but the agent responding to my call was calm and patient and reassuring. We were very grateful for her support and for the arrival of the towing company.
