Great polite service

Very polite gentlemen called me about a claim from a little while back. The call was to inform me of an excess amount paid during the claim, and how this amount was going to be refunded. Randall was very polite on the phone, made me feel comfortable, and supp**** all the information needed. Very good service, left me feeling happy to be part of Outsurance. Keep it up guys.
