I dropped my phone and the screen got damaged. Outsurance sent people over to repair the screen at my home within 2 days. Two weeks later my phone stopped charging. They assessed if the phone could be repaired, which it couldn't. They made a payment to my account the next day. Fast service...love Outsurance!
