Great handling of cancellation

I just wanted to congratulate outsurance on the way they handled my cancellation request. I switched car insurance provider because I found a cheaper one, of course it took me a bit of time on the phone as they tried to keep me as a customer and even offered a great discount, but in the end they were very efficient and I just received today the refund of my last paiement.
