Just want to pass a complement for the advisor, Matseke Kgapola. I have had a claim where she is not even the advisor and every time, I call in to follow up on the progress of the claim, she has been a pleasure to interact with.

She is present during the call, and she goes to extreme lengths to resolve the issues. She is a great asset to the company. Her diligence and attention to her work is commendable.
