Great first experience with Outsurance

I was very recently the victim of a burglary at my new residence where a number of small, expensive items were taken. I had not been a policy holder for long, but Outsurance treated my claim like any other.

Every person I dealt with was very understanding and totally professional. My claim was assessed and finalised in a very short period of time.

I would like to make special mention of the assessor appointed to my claim, Juan-Mari Erasmus. She was kind, fair and thorough and made sure to keep me up to date on the progress of my claim every step of the way.

If you are thinking twice about Outsurance or have heard any negative reports about them that is keeping you from signing up with them, I'd urge you to reconsider. They really do have excellent service.
