Great feedback and turn around time

The Claim process was handled very clearly with me from the start. I was kept in the loop and updated with the requirements and what was needed from me all the time. I was pleasently surprised by the excellent service from Outsurance and the willingness the staff had to explain aditional information to me on my requested and i never felt out of the loop or not knowing what was going on. <br> <br> Great service and thanks to Warren who took the time to help me with my claim.<br> <br> Regards<br> Gerrie
