A woman who is insured with Absa iDirect bumped into the back of my vehicle. I struggled with them for over two months trying to get my vehicle repaired. I eventually went to Outsurance, Carrie took over and while Tara resolved my query quickly Carrie started to recover my excess payment from them. Thanks ladies ***
