Great Experience with Outsurance Agent Berenice Regarding Car Insurance

I am writing this review to talk about the very good experience I had with Outsurance, in particular an agent named Berenice Pretorius. By the time I had called Outsurance and got through to Berenice I had already talked to 5 other insurance companies to discuss car insurance products and pricing. I was not totally happy with any of the companies I spoke to and for various reasons. Speaking to Berenice, however, was a very human experience as she was very friendly, personable and engaging. Once we got to the topic of price she was also fully ready to negotiate and to beat the competition, which she did. Only one other company was willing to negotiate.

Berenice made the entire business transaction easy, comfortable and the impression I had of her from our interactions is that she is a lovely person. Exactly the kind of person I would want to talk business with. Once she negotiated and revised her offer I made my decision to go with Outsurance on the basis of: (A) her service, (B) the newly negotiated pricing as well as (C) the reputation of the business from what I could gather having googled all the companies I contacted extensively.
