Great Experience with Claim

Recently we have had the cable ****** on two occasions outside our house. This resulted in shorting out a number of our appliances. I called into the call center and had the most pleasurable experience dealing with Ms. Phumzile Nkosi. She was efficient, knowledgeable, Most important easy to get hold of. She took ownership of our claim. Almost unheard of. She returned calls and was very quick. I have to say that our dealings with Outsurance which dates back a number of years has been very positive and Ms. Nkosi has only reinforced our good impression of the company.
