Great experience since switching from another insurance provider

I changed over to Outsurance from another insurance provider I wasn't having a good experience with. The exprience has been phenomenal, particularly as I have a representative of theirs available to meet, in person, in my suburb. It is so much better than dealing with impersonal call centres and machines.
