Great experience, it was my first time claim, I had no confidence at all, because of things I've heard before and it's negative things about almost all the insurance companies, however with outsurance that all has changed completely, I did my claim on the app, same day got a call from the claim assistant, Tracy Naidoo, booked me for assessment, went there I met that guy he did his job, it was Saturday, told me I will get a response on, as early as 9am ,Tracy Naidoo called me to tell me the good news that my claim was approved and they will pay me I will receive my money on the next 2 days. It was the greatest news ever, I'm very much Great full.
