Great Efficiency and Turn around Time

I must really commend Outsurance and there Claims department for brilliant service rendered indeed. I called there claims dept on 02 February 2015 and spoke to Dylan. I wasnt sure as to what the procedure was and Dylan explained me the procedure every step of the way. My TV was damaged due to all the load shedding we have been experiencing. And to be honest with my past experience with OTHER insurance companies i was abit hesitant to do a claim. Not forgetting the stress i had with my damaged TV. Well let me tell u with Outsurance it was so much easier, i completed the claim on 02 February 2015 the next morning i received a call that my claim was approved and that my new TV will be on its way soon. I was like wow now this is service delivery indeed and this is why we dont mind paying monthly premiums to an insurance company like OUtsurance knowing they will be there for you when you need them. Great work Dylan and Outsurance im a happy client indeed. With Outsurance you definately get something out.. Outsurance Rocks!!!!!
