Great Customer Service From Outsurance Sales Advisor, Jodi van Aarde

Upon inquiring about the potential insurance of my vehicle I was promptly contacted by Jodi van Aarde from Outsurance. I couldnt take the call at that point and requested that he comes back to me later. He again did so promptly and contacted me via phone as well as e-mail. His approach was professional, to the point and not at all in the forcefull manner that many electronic sales advisors often follow. Once he managed to get a slot with me he dealt with my inquiry which lead to him providing me with a quote and concluding the agreement with me. Him beingable to do all this in a short period of time says a lot as I am by nature a very hesitant shifter between products. I finished the call with him feeling truly valued. Within minutes after concluding the call I received all the subsequent email correspondence. Great work Jodi.
