GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MARTHINUS VAN ROOYEN

I called in yesterday to find out about the cancellation of my car insurance policy. I dont know much about car insurance and cancelled my policy with outsurance in December. Took one out with Santam. I spoke to Marthinus and he was excellent, super friendly and very patient. He convinced me to consider Outsurance again and wow he explained everything to me in details. His patience was great and took his time in explaining everything to me. I decided then again to go with Outsurance as such excellent service is very hard to find. Marthinus keep on doing what you doing and giving this excellent service I am glad I got through to you as the first consultants did not explain to me in detail like you did that was the reason for my cancellation. You took your time and was very helpful and patient, Outsurance have a winner in you. Great, excellent service.
