Great Customer Experience

I've recently signed up with OUTsurance and the Consultant who has assisted me is Roland Chath. Since day one Roland has been extremely helpful and if he promised to make a call at a specific time, OH BOY!!! He always kept his word - that's very important to me. With that said, in my mind I always thought -ag Roland's just being polite so that he can get my sale, that's it - marketing strategy, HOWEVER, after I've signed up I have contacted Roland via e-mail about twice already querying some thing or the other, needless to say within about 2mins after my e-mail I'll receive a call from Roland assisting me or he would respond to my mail very swiftly. I'm well pleased with the service I've been receiving from Roland Chath, as we know good old customer service is rare in these times and those who offer a great customer experience should be praised!
