great customer and sales service from outsurance

I have a car insured with momentum. I have 2 more cars to add to my insurance, and when I sent a mail to momentum asking for an agent to call to discuss further insurance there was little response so I sent the same message to a couple of other companies to see if anyone else was interested in picking up my insurance. I received a call from a man whose name I fear I have incorrectly spelled - Psepang, or tsepang, am not sure. Suffice it to say that his service was excellent, inspiring a trust in the service. With momentum I realise that if it is so difficult to increase your policies with them, what would the service be like in the event of making a claim. I feel confident that Outsurance will live up to their word as expressed to me by this young man. Many thanks for restoring confidence even though with a different company. Sorry momentum, I will be moving the car that I presently have insured with you to join my other vehicles now insured by Outsurance, and it is with Outsurance that I will insure my household and perhaps my life!!
