Great but recommendations

Did not have any problems with my OUTsurance PET Cover. Customer service was always very good, my only problem and I don't really call it a problem, but a problem for me, was that you have to pay upfront for the fees, whereas certain other pet insurances pay on the same day, before you even need to pay yourself. I hope that OUTsurance could do the same in the future, it might get me back to them, but for now it just doesn't make sense.
