great attitude and excellent service

I called Outsurance and registered a plumbing claim and Mpho from claim(emergency assist) was so kind and made sure i understood the process and appointed a plumber for me and in 5 minutes i recieved a call from the plumbers then Mpho called me again to check if i was kept on the loop and plumbers arrived in less than 30 minutes and again Mpho made sure they were there and i was very impressed with the service and i would like to thank Mpho for everything, we no longer getting this kind of service and when we get it we need to compliment :)<br> Thanks to outsurance
