Great Assistance from Dimpho Mohlala at Outsurance

Good day

I had a great experience with Outsurance, my family and I have been a client of theirs for almost 20 years.

This morning I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dimpho Mohlala, she had called me back after I had called into the call center and despite my phone having issues, she persisted until she got through to me.

I was highly impressed as she was very professional and was able to turn an anxiety ridden call into a positive and great morning. Her demeaner and joyous vibe were highly appreciated; she had great knowledge and assured me that my issue would be sorted which it was more than sorted.

Dimpho definitely is setting a benchmark for other call center agents.
