Great and Friendly Service from Kagiso Sihlangu (Gee)

I unfortunately needed to claim today for my TV. What was a supposed to be painful and unpleasant was completely turned around when Kagiso Sihlangu answered so pleasantly and an attitude to want to assist. I know I'm still dealing with the claim, but thank you for making such a great impression on what real great service looks and feels like!!!
